We offer a comprehensive hearing aid accessories 30-day money back guarantee – if you don’t like, or you’re unhappy with any item you have bought from us you can return it to us up to 30 days after receipt for replacement or full product refund.

If the item is a replacement we will always ship back to you postage free regardless of fault, and if we have made a mistake with your order we WILL recompense you for any postage costs incurred returning the item. Items to be returned or replaced must be unopened and in a re-saleable condition unless agreed by us in the first instance.

For any items outside 30 days you should contact us to see whether a return is appropriate.
